If its hot while idling without charging it'll be cpu usage.

The top left houses the processor behind the screen.

Something is chowing cpu in the background, hence the heat and slower charging.

This is the most likely scenario.

Those temu ads…. Do they appear randomly while using the phone and opening the menu? Had a mates S24 doing exactly that until I uninstalled a super dodgy weather radar app. Then all was well.

Thing was set to draw on top of anything meaning the ads could show at any time and generate revenue for the skelems. Who knows what else it was up to.

You just angry because you have to pay tax on the blue fanny pack.

Your battery is being drained by an application. My A35 only uses around 250mA when idle.

The app doesn't show on the battery usage? Else you have to go through the installed app list. Also do a restart might be some stuck process.

There is always an app for everything. Just do a search on the playstore.

Navigate to your phone settings, select 'Battery', and it will display the apps that are consuming your battery.

Problem is it won't be helpful as the app is causing one of the processes to work overtime. It will probably show something like Android System or Idle or something.

There used to be an app called GSam which tracked both background and foreground usage. Looks like it has been removed from playstore. But can probably just do a search for the APK. Obviously use your brains when downloading and installing APK's

Are you gaming on it. Is any games or graphics hungry apps running in the background? Have you tried to go into settings to see what may be hogging up the ram etc?

You mean obsess over. As in reality you'll know if there is an issue with your battery. All the little number will do is make you obsess, oh no it's gone from 90% to 89% in a week

lol no, you check it at times like these. I rather trust Apple than some random app developer. Get a decent app and it costs you money. Think of it as the hidden android tax.
