Is my power supply ok??????

What else are you running in terms of hard drives, optical devices and other cards?

ive run a full system with a 8800gts 320 meg and it worked a trick

your system no matter what devices you have should run without problems

atm 7600gt card upgrading to 7900gtx
2x dvd writers
kuk load of fans
and Gigabyte 460w PSU
