Is my PSU good enough

Will my Aopen 400wat PSU run this system:

Intel Pentium 4 3.0Ghz with gigabyte 3D Rocket Coler
1 gig ram
ATI X850xt PE
2 80gig hard drives
DVD and DVD/RW
Stiffy drive

In a Raidmax Sagitta case that has 1=80mm and 1=120mm fan plus possibly another 120mm fan.

IMHO, 400W should be quite adequete for that rig.

Pentium4 3Ghz Socket LGA775
Asus P5P800
1GB Corsair Pro RAM
4 X Seagate 200GB HDD
Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS Pro
Nvidia 6600 256MB
Hauppauge WinTV Theatre
DVD-ROM + DVD-writer

(took out my stiffy drive, obsolete technology)
