Is neotel worth it now?

right so firt of before i embarrass myself here let me just say i am no tech whiz or anything i know a little bit about a little bit if that makes sense.

so i have been reading the forum and see alot of talk regarding wireline and wireless, and i am not to concerned as long as i have the speeds i want. that is pretty much all i am looking for at the moment.

so my question is taking away the bandwith problem that may occur with wireless in the future (so i am told), is it worth getting the wireless package offered by neotel at the moment or should i just wait till maybe one day some one provides decent speeds through wireline?

i just want to know if its worth all the effort now or should i just wait a lil longer for something alot better.

sorry for the stupid question just when you call a call center you dont really get the answer you looking for!!

If it's speed you're after I'll give Neotel a miss, go read a bit more in the forums about how poorly their wireless products perform...

i have DSL, i love DSL.

Today my Telkom line went dead.

i have Neotel too. I love Neotel

I think having both is a help, esp for things out of your control. Neotel seems pretty quick since i used it 6 months ago. And its still working fine etc. Its not DSL speeds that for sure, but its working and its keeping me online while Telkom replace the cables that went to bring power to poor people....
