IS Network - What problems are you experiencing?

Tomorrow we are going to have a meeting with IS to discuss the problems relating to their uncapped bandwidth. I would like to know whether there are any specific problems that IS bandwidth users need resolved or any questions perhaps? Any improvements you would like to see? If you have ever considered signing up with us but instead signed up with a competitor, what was the reason for your decision?
