Okay, i know what a news server is,

but how does one access it, and what is on there.

As i gather, i can use outlook's news thing, and i need an account from openweb?

Is that it?

I know easynews, can u access it the same way instead?

Dont use outlook, download and use Grabit. Next you need to add the news server in grabit, the address is news.isdsl.net, there is no username or password but you have to be connected through your IS account. You then need to find .nzb's for the files you want, you can find the nzb's at www.nzbsrus.com www.nzbmatrix.com amoungst other places. Once you have the nzb's go into grabit add click nzbinport and select the nzb file that you have donwloaded, Grabit will then download the file. You can find almost anything on the news server. You could use easynews but then you will be downloading with your international bandwith, wich is much more expensive. Have a look on the forum for Routesentry, it will allow you to use 2 adsl accounts at once, that way you dont have to waste international bandwith when you download off the news server.
