I'm using Grabit with Saix but if I send a request to download grouplists it just stays at 0KB

Is the SAIX server down too?

Edit: I had to setup port forwarding on the router

Can someone please tell me what kind of average DL speed to expect from the IS News server?

I have tried "other" ways to get the info, but for some reason people seem to be a touch shy with info.

Full line speed if the content is really cached, but that doesn't seem to happen often these days. (Don't trust the "cached" reports on newshost.)

Otherwise, uncached speeds have improved a bit... Maybe even to 15-20KB/s. I think it's because a lot of folks have switched over to the SAIX server, with the free local bandwidth thing from Telkom.
 
Great thanks guys. I'm getting 5 - 10 as well, really frustrating, was hoping I've missed a setting or something :(
