is nom.za hopeless

I have had a .nom.za domain since 2007. My hosting company recently changed DNS and now nothing works. I changed the dns servers at secure.nom.za config page, but it permanently says pending and nothing actually works. I tried emailing the 3 contacts listed on the site but the emails all bounce as 550. Has this got something to do with the changes for .za and is there any hope of getting it to work?

I got an alternate email address for the tech contact and have sent emails twice, but no reply. My domain is still not accessible. Doesn't seem like there is any hope.
