IS not loading certain websites?

Please could someone with an Internet Solutions ADSL account please check if these sites load:

http://qik.com/
http://search.twitter.com/

I've been getting this response all weekend:

I'm using uncapped 1mb fibre. I even tried another uncapped fibre account on another line and I get the same error. The websites seem to load fine on a Telkom account, so I'm guessing its an IS problem?

Same here, sites dont load, same error, I will try with Saix and report within a few minutes :)
 
Using IS local (free 1 gig international), same errors.
 
Same as SteveC with only IS local with 1Gig international, but it works through the VPN.
 
Had a problem with some sites this morning :(. Though seem to have just fixed it :).
 
Had a prob yest,didn't test today,think it was DNS related though i'm pretty lazy :P
 
I am not sure it was DNS related. I use two different connections, but both use my specified DNS servers which is common to either. SAIX worked and IS didn't.

Strange?
 
I'm on IS and both give me "500 Internal Server Error". I use OpenDNS.
