I just wanted to find out if I was the only one who has been experiencing poor speeds on a IS Plugg 10gig account?
Speedtest.net shows full speed, however normal browsing and streaming of live shows is much slower than the Saix equivalent. Today I tuned in to stream the F1 Japanese race and it was buffering so much that it was impossible to tell what was going on. I then gave my mom a call to get her Telkom account, and once loaded in, it was running 100% without a single buffer.
Should I consider changing to Telkom? Who else sells saix international b/w (I guess all ISP's who resell IS accounts will have the same lag)?
