What cheese you buying bro? geez slicing cheese is easy and it should not crumble. Maybe you need a better knife. it can't be ready sliced cheese, why would it be different.
So let use cheddar as example, how could sliced up cheddar have a drastically different label to the block of cheddar? So in theory sliced cheddar should not be better or worse than the block. Even grated it should be the same.
