IS Proxy/Cache ?

I'm on an IS international account, and was wondering if there's any proxies I could use? I have no option but to be caught in their transparent proxy which is giving me loads of shi............uhhh... slow-loading sites.
Somehow I cant believe they dont have any proxies available.

Must be psg-online taking eveything.lol i doubt it.

One of the telkom exchanges are down by psg-online and they currently using fible through IS for trading. Its bloody fast!

Here are some IS proxy's that I found a while back, they may not be working anymore:

196.36.198.89 = nc1-hot-rba-1.cache.isnet.net
196.36.198.90 = nc2-hot-rba-1.cache.isnet.net
196.36.198.91 = nc3-hot-rba-1.cache.isnet.net

196.35.158.179 nc6-rba-e0-2.cache.isnet.net
196.35.158.180 nc7-rba-e0-2.cache.isnet.net
196.35.158.181 nc5-rba-e0a-2.cache.isnet.net

Try them on ports 80, 3128 or 8080.
