This is what greets all my client's customers on the home page of their www site hosted at IS.

Can this be some kind of mistake on my side? A bad joke perhaps?

We had a couple of fax2email accounts with our Business ADSL solution from IS. We neglected to pay for a couple of outbound faxes, totalling around R15. Without warning they promptly suspended our fax2email inbound as well as outbound service. It took a call to support, escalating to accounts to find out why we weren't receiving faxes anymore....

Needless to say, we don't use IS fax2email anymore

Well its not IS fault that your client Exceeded there bandwidth.Iam sure IS use some type of Plesk Control panel that allows the client to view bandwidth usage. Why didnt u ( IT Guy ) keep a check on it.Maybe if u were proactive it would'nt have happened in the 1st place.

yep, All "IT Guys" have nothing to do but sit and monitor their clients bandwidth usage all day long, 24/7. in fact just the other day I was wondering what to do with all my spare time and realized I can sit and watch my numerous clients bandwidth tick by it's almost as exciting as watching paint dry, and in addition to that I'll save the hosting companies the effort of having to notify anyone about bandwidth use, since I can do that for them.
