Just wondering if they are still okay to use because they went under not long ago. Does anyone know?

Not sure they went under - think they were profitable but closed down.
 
I’ve had to sign up again to their site , my old order history seems to be gone which is a bit odd

Is it still the same company, or did they only keep the namesake?

I don't know whether that was their registered name or rather entity, but a new company would mean a new customer book.
 
That is exactly what I’m wondering , I’ve emailed to ask some questions and will let you know when and if I get a reply
 
I ordered 2 x Gaming monitors and received both 2 days later.
Excellent customer service.
 
So asked them about the old accounts and got a message back from Rune, who if it is actually still him indicated that accounts were not migrated to the new site hence the new sign up. Asking some follow up questions…

Lol, it's exactly the same Rune Ravnsborg as before. It's ok to be cautious but I can assure you it's not a scam.

Aren't they just a drop-ship type company? If so, the OEM usually backs the warranty but you are probably going to have a painful experience in a claim situation.
