IS SAIX blocking access to dyndns sites?

If I try and connect to a machine for which I've set up dyndns, I can get there from a client's site which connects through IS, however when I try and connect from my own ADSL site I get:

Forbidden
You ctb-cache3 were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

Which appears to be coming from cache.saix.net

Any idea if saix is blocking?

Tomorrow night, April 18, 2006, between 22:00 and 23:00 EDT (GMT-0400),

No I don't think it's this as I'm not doing admin. Thanks for ther thought.
