Installed Nagios @Home on my local only WA account
(occasionally can ping, but cannot browse)

Did a traceroute to 196.25.1.1 and using Nagios to alert
me of high latency(>200ms & packet loss > 10%)

traceroute to 196.25.1.1 (196.25.1.1), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets

Nagios Monitoring Link had to reboot DSL Router.

Anyone else with high latency, noticed that routes do change during the day, maybe just too much load for IS and SAIX
was OK at 08:00 and from them onwards
