Noticed since IS has made changes to server config (anti spam servers) , everytime i try download from rapidshare get the following msg:
"Your IP-address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is already downloading a file. You have to wait until it is finished."

whats incredibly strange is that the ip is not my ip, a traceroute does in fact reveal this as IS's ip. Anyone else experiencing this?
IS has not responded to this query yet???? (no surprises)

rapidshare sucks @ss...I got the same error a couple of times on saix. I don't even use their stupid file downloading or hosting anymore.

Rapidshare quite often picks up the IP of your networks (IS or SAIX) transparent proxy rather than your individual IP.

That's exactly it. It's picking up IS's browsing proxy.

I often get that error, that my ip is already downloading or has exceeded the daily limit, even though it's my first download for the day. It display's an address other than mine. I have a SAIX based account, cybersmart

If they have multiple ones(saix has a few transparent ones), try specifying each one, maybe you can get one that is not being used.

Sum1 loaned me there full Rapidshare account last year and i'm still using it :D Its awesome, but I only use it for appz, otherwise my cap dissapears veeeeeery quickly.

Yip HTTP funnels through cache proxies......
Try these, if you get it right you will be able to get 2 downloads or even 3 at one time...
It's time I search for new ways to use rapidshare anyways:
196.25.255.82
196.25.253.13
198.54.202.3
All using 8080
There are others, many infact, but only these are open.
Sidenote:
You can change proxies while downloading a file, the file will stil download under the original proxy, hence the ability to download more than one file at a time.
