IS servers?

does anyone know if Internet Solutions servers are any good?

They're good.
So are telkoms. Price carefully.

We used to host with them but found their claims of service and monitoring and bandwidth prioritisation to be grossly exagerated.

3 hour's to get IS to reboot one machine ... riiight ... that one still hurts when I think about it.
