Sheesh... IS is shaping me to hell and beyond...

I'm shaped so much my upload speed is faster than my download speed

I was thinking that seeing as IS works in percentages why can't everyone just set a "linux distro" or 2 to download before they go to bed, then the percentage bracket will be larger won't it?? Am I just wishing?? :wtf:

Those tests look like mine as well. Afrihost uncapped, after being moved to IS profiling, is utter shyte.

Once my exchange is upgraded (hopefully completed this weekend) I will be applying for 10mbps and moving to either OpenWeb or Mweb.

Openweb is IS afaik
I'm on Openweb Uncapped... maybe the gold is a different story though?? A bit pricey for me though atm...

Yep, I'll be going for "AFTER HOURS UNSHAPED & UNCAPPED" @ R1299/m.

Any idea about Charlo area? According to the site, it's no.

I'm trying Openweb Gold 384 from next month. Apparently its also on an IS backbone but doesn't have the usual hectic shaping inflicted on cheaper accounts.

I heard it was on the Vodacom network?

Hell, I wish they were more transparent.
