Anyone else experiencing retardedly slow latency with IS lately with online gaming.. Or anyone experiencing crap with SAIX?

What time of the day?

I game with Axxess wich is semi-shaped IS. After normal business hours it flies. I will test again tonight and let you know.

I find IS in general slow during the day. A normal Telkom account kicks but.
 
Getting bad latency on EU WoW in evenings with Axxess semi unshaped. Not amused...

Just phoned Axxess now, nothing "major" happening but there are a couple of faults.
 
Slow here too - Also on Axxess Express Fibre . . . . not impressed at the moment. Some websites dont even load properly.... and then they load ....then they dont . . . . tried everything i can think of.....only conclusion is a problem at IS.
 
I have Axxess unshaped (saix) and axxess local (saix) both are extremely slow, also when i open sites local and int. some dont even finish loading
 
Sheesh I thought I was the only one experiencing this. It's only been for the past 2 weeks or so though. I logged a ticket - hopefully I'll get some informative feedback.
 
On an IS Local account (5 Gb in 1 week,capped due to family) and you can see the various slow ping pings

Checked last nigth and yes the latency is high, double the normal. Gaming on SGS server.
 
I am playing WoW EU. Have a 384 line.

I use the Axess 626 in the evenings and my latency is fine then. I used their semi shaped for during the day, and WoW was unplayable (around 15k ms). I bought a prepaid voucher (from Engen), game remains unplayable (around 8k ms). I was testing both saix and IS and they both fail.

I then bought a 1 gig unshaped account from axxess, the latency is around the 1k mark with lag spikes in between.

It has been like this for the past 2 weeks or so as someone mentioned earlier.

It's not just IS though, well for me at least.. I have a guildy in PE as well and we both constantly lag at the same time.. Not sure who is ISP is though. But I have been having problems with SAIX and IS..

There was an update recently - I think it was today:

Is it not maybe noise on your line? I had a similar issue until they sorted that out.

It's definately a peak hour issue.. Logged onto WoW now at 17:18, my latency is 365ms with my unshaped account. As per usual
 
Very slow again tonight - browsing not so bad, but downloads are pathetic ( 20Kbps ) on a 4MB line at the moment !!!
