Im doing an amazing 10kb/s on the news server and on gamco's local speed test i managed:

Your current bandwidth reading is:

53.90kbps
which means you can download at 6.74 KB/sec. from our servers

Looks like dialup...
Must be IS's new dialup broadband package

Hehe... better than me,
my 384kbps line reading from gamco is:

It was soo slow here this morning running terminal services and vpn that i had to switch to SAIX. (There isnt a cloud in the sky this morning so y the slow IS speed?)

Does anybody know whats up ??

I've logged about 3 calls from Is on my behalf anf my ISP's and havent heard anything..

Maybe I'll get a quicker response here....

Doubt it, havent seen any IS representatives monitoring the forums lately.

ditto. I run concurrent SAIX and IS connections, with a persistant route to my server over the ISDSL account. Removed the route, and now I connect to my IS server via SAIX - and the speeds are better. Eish.

Just follow the normal IS resolution process:
1) Log a support ticket
2) Escalate later today after you get no response
3) Be forced to provide user name and password for IS account so they can "test" it.
4) Hear nothing
5) Get a response some time tomorrow saying they could not reproduce fault (by which time they have corrected the problem in the background)

To be fair :-)
IF you are lucky enough to have an IS corporate account and access to a high-level IS consultant, things DO run smoother...
