IS static IP

I remember IS use to swap between 2 or 3 different ip's a month but maybe they are starting to run out with more customers as this month i have had a static ip... Any comments?

EDIT: Look into my eyes, if you work for IS and have read the above, you will not remember anything

Not sure as to the "staticness", but a shortage of IPs would not be the reason - in fact, it may have the reverse effect.
