Is Steam down?

Steam won't login at all for me, was working fine today while playing 2 matches of Dota 2, ping was 30-60ms, now I wanted to gooi a quick game with some friends and it says it can't login? Anyone else got this problem, saw a thread up on the Steam forum where other users were having the problem too. Using Telkom Mobile 3G :wtf:​
