Anyone else having problems verifying their ADSL today?
After jumping through more hoops and making hours worth of phonecalls I was finally informed by the Telkom consultant that the verification service might be down.
I'm hesitant to believe them because of the terrible service I've received so far - everything I've been told has been contradicted by another consultant at some or other stage.
At the moment I have a router that has DSL and Internet lights on. I can access the Telkom website and the order number I received from technical support returns the error "Your Request for ADSL failed."
Alternatively, would I be able to verify it another way over the weekend?
