So been on afrihost most of last month switch over to telkom a few min ago and i cant even surf the web, latency is high around 500ms so just switched back over to afrihost and the latency is 25ms. so wtf telkom is this how its always going to be now?????

Did you call telkom to tell them about the problem(s) you are experiencing on their network?
No i have not, I have reported it to the telkom Rep that is on the forums sometimes. Don't see the point in reporting the problem via the phone as they only seem to know what to do if the problem is with the line if its anything else it always seems to be a futile.
I have had issues with Telkom ever since they changed over to the soft cap and it does not seem like they ever going to fix it.

And also, pre march Telkom had the best uncapped. 24/7 unshaped with no issues.
I have been with Telkom for 3 years now only just moved to Afrihost/Webafrica cause I have not been able to use the Telkom account properly for the last 4months, I guess I have been hoping that they would fix the issue stupid mistake from my side I guess this is Telkom after all
