Is telkom functioning today

I am with Aerosat and they have informed once again they are having problems due to helkom being down. Are any of you having problems are helkom

Sigh! Permanent problems with Helkom I'm afraid. I don't think they are ever going to get their act together. Seriously, I've been having issues with slow ADSL and high pings for 5 weeks now. I believe the only solution, at this point, is to emigrate to a first world country.
