Is Telkom shaping streaming?

I noticed at night that almost all videos I try to stream from project free tv are painfully slow, I have a 2meg line but videos load at like 384k speeds.

Just me?

generally im ok with streams(twitch.tv), also on 2meg line.

I have had this issue since like March last year...

Youtube loads 100% at 720P on my 4meg line, but as soon as I try twitch.tv / justin.tv I cant even stream 360P
Every attempt to get this sorted out has just been ignored (Telkom Facebook/Twitter team).

I have even tried new routers, different devices and different ADSL accounts, but nothing seems to work

You should try watchseries.it
I found it to be more reliable.
