Is the ANC heading for a split?

With municipal elections planned for some time in 2021, and an ANC elective conference coming in 2022, investors have raised concerns that the political landscape could be shifting underneath president Cyril Ramaphosa's feet, and that more radical, nationalist elements within the ruling party are mobilising to take control.
 
A split would be awesome.

It would be like spy vs spy as they all try to assassinate each other.
 
The more I look at the ANC the less likely I think a real split is. There will be small ones but a real fundamental big split seems unlikely. Thing is they all fundamentally know that would end the looting so its in no ones interest to support that. The guys who split are those with nothing to lose who where already cut off in one way or another. The only faction that could really cause it would be the zulu's for a variety of reasons.
 
To be honest, could not care less what happens with the ANC. They are a useless bunch.

Agreed. They need each other to continue looting.
