That's something we see in every single scheme whereby any and all criticism is either genuinely perceived as a personal attack, or repeated attempts are made intentionally to make it look like personal attacks in order to dismiss the criticism.

All comes down to a lack of reasoning ability....and perhaps some narcissism sprinkled on top for good measure.
