Yes and its unfortunate, I always thought Mweb was awesome and when people ask me about ISPs I recommend MWeb, but now I have to say that they were good and might be again, but at the moment should try a different ISP...maybe the cheaper uncapped accounts are stealing resources from out premium uncapped accounts...someone should test the performance between the cheaper and premium accounts and see if everyone should just move to cheaper accounts.
