Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with ping differences between the US and EU servers? i recently got 384k dsl but haven't played WoW since a while back when I had iburst. I'm most into the PvP part of the game - so if the EU servers have a significantly lower ping that would be cool. I will def. get an unshaped account for WoW.

I'm keen to start playing again esp. w/ burning crusade so I'm wondering if I should just get a US BC or try find a combo EU WoW+BC edition (does that even exist)?

Is anyone selling an EU cdkey for either/both WoW and BC?

Peace

well to be honest for me I have no I dae but some friends of mine came over and says its better on eu then us

The biggest thing is the time difference.

In the US it's about 6 - 8 hours... in the EU it's 0 - 1 hour.....

I've played on both US and EU. Latency is a rather negligible issue although I did find latency to EU more stable. The biggest thing you need to consider, as Pitbull pointed out, is the time difference. On that alone I say EU >> US.

tks for the input guys - appreciate it. going eu, see u guys there.

If you're looking for a guild, we have a nice SA guild on Lightbringer called Prophecy.

Hey Rishanb,

Just wanted to do a follow up. Did you switch to EU? The reason I am asking is due to the fact that I am also contemplating moving from US to EU as my guild are all West Coast USA and they only awaken around 11pm SA time.
