Is the whole Cool Ideas network down?

Morning guys

We recently moved our business connection over to Cool Ideas and it went very well.

This morning I noticed that my FTTH at my house was done, as well as the office, so it seems like a massive outage in Pretoria.

Does anybody know what's going on?
