Is there a problem with network in Midrand or any upgrades taking place?

why do we keep treating the symptoms rather than the actual cause? its about time cellc fix these issues for good! and.... this will not work for users who have modems connected to 3g routers btw.

Lars has informed me that the problem was because of cable break caused by Neotel. It was fixed by this morning.

great!...neotel should pack up and close shop...they add no value whatsoever! anyway, disconnects / connected but no throughput issue has been lurking around for a few days now..hopefully the cable break was too blame....
 
Heard on the Radio today.... CELL C fastest internet in AFRICA and boasting on and on and on, on 5fm. Got annoyed by it cause i have the very same WHOOSH 5gig slow stick.
Worked fine in January but last few months it sooooooo slow that it actually stops!!!

Im in Midrand by the way...... Still waiting to get what i paid for.

Oh and it took me 25min to send this cause it stopped the whole time and had to refresh and resend.... Africa's fastest internet....said so on the radio.....

And after 56 seconds im still waiting for the pic to load. You know i spend half my salary on this thing and no one give a ****. If you go to MCdonalds and you order a Large fries and they give you a small Coke you can complain and they will help you. Cell C tech's gives you crap answers like " our networks are functional and its your computer or usb port or its hot outside " this is the answers i get for waiting 40 min on the phone. Is this right? IF i miss my cell c payment by a day then they are on me like flies on ****. when i need them they give a no worry attitude? neh man!!!!! and i have Three Cell C contracts :-(
