Hi i've had 2 occassions now where the mobilink sftwr doesnt work xp1/2??
is there an updated vrsn available or a fix of anykind? any help would be awsome quite an urgent resolution needed.

What model laptop do you have? I had a few problems with a different model laptops.

Hi you can try the following just note the settings before you try :


In Start> Control Panel> System> Device Manager under Multifunction Adapter the Novatel Wireless UMTS modem Parent should be listed. Select the device, open the Properties and then File Resources. Uncheck the box for Automatic Configuration. Now it is possible to configure the attributes manually. Select configuration 0004 and confirm with OK. Confirm the warning message that this is a forced configuration by clicking yes. Close the properties for the Novatel Wireless UMTS and the I/O range for the UMTS card will change from 03F8 - 03FF to 02F8 - 02FF.
