Is there a Vodacom rep on MyBB?

Bought an iPad cellular in 2019 and it came with a Vodacom SIM. I buy R90 to R180 data each month which lasts well

All ok until end March 2021. Bought R120 data, it did not show on the SIM or airtime on Vodacom app. Many hours on the phone to 082135 and told to take it back to a store

Store said after a few mins that SIM had failed and sold me another, had it RICA'd.

On trying to buy data on the Vodacom app, now I am told the c/card number is invalid. Back and forth to bank and Vodacom, no progress. Bank blame Vodacom, Vodacom blame bank

On 12th April, after 90 mins on the phone to 082135, got some airtime loaded and converted it to data.

On 19th April wanted to load more data, Now message says I must log in. On logging in, message says "Digital ID in use". No-one at 082135 knows what this means. Back to shop. No, they say, your previous account was not deleted, we will get it done

Today is 30th April. No progress. I cannot buy data and have no idea what to do. Been to the Vodacom shop 6 times now, at least 45 mins in a queue each time. Lady there very brusque and condescending, rolls her eyes, gets up and walks off

So I thought this could be relayed to a Vodacom rep
 
I take the iPad with me to Montagu quite often. At the house there is no MTN or CellC signal but the Vodacom LTE used to give me 8-10 mbps

Unfortunately you have more chance of falling pregnant than getting a response from a Vodascum rep on this forum.
They can't take the heat so they stay out the kitchen.
I and many others have been trying to resolve signal problems at our offices in Stormill for the last 5 years and nothing happens.
We don't even get a call back from the network guys even though we have referance numbers.
They are a joke. :mad:

They are absolutely useless...
Saying there is no network issues but the network isnt even on...
As usual in SA.,...after you have paid...your are fkd....
 
Another day of NO service from both RAIN and VODASCUM.
Network is on and off all the fkg time.
Why cant these circus outfits get their crap together and sort it out...
One blames the other and the other says there are no issues...

6 1/2 months and no progress. There is a slow (0.75 mbps) wimax service which I can access if I sit on a stepladder in the garden

The ADSL failed in September. Telkom are "attending to it"

I'm not aware of any Vodacom reps on MyBB but I can refer you to a friend who can possibly assist with your query.
