Is there an Autopage Rep here??

Contact the office of the CEO and ask to speak to Thembinkhosi. Their direct contact number is: 0116505209. Thembinkhosi is extremely helpfull and know his stuff. Don't even bother with the contact centre as they are just a bunch of clowns waisting your time.
 
I had 3 contracts with Autopage, down to my last one. when it expires I'll be porting to Vodacom direct.
Trying to deal with the call center is a nightmare. If you need some kid of service activated it takes 10 minuets on the phone with Vodacom direct, with Autopage you have to fill in documents, fax them and then it can take up to 24 hours to have it activated..
I am still waiting for a 12 month statement from them for my financial year end that was in Feb.

u sure the number is correct there is a long engaged tone (like an out of service number)

I feel your pain, its now been nearly two years since I've been Autpage free. Was a client for 8yrs and they never gave a damn. I now have 5 contracts with Vodacom.
 
they finally called me back- there was en error on their side and are trying to correct it.
