Yesterday I was browsing the net on my phone when it suddenly stopped working. Chatted with ISP, reset my router and connection eventually came back but kept dropping. We tried a different router which is 100% working at my neighbour, it gets the same identical issue. I can do google searches but thats about it, loading sites almost always fails and if it does load it takes a minute or 2 to connect. Youtube takes about 4 minutes to load but then when a video starts it streams flawlessly.
The ISP has reset CPE and everything but doesnt seem we can get it right. I have set my dns in the router to google but also does not make a difference. Does anyone know what could be causing this and what I can get done. I can immediately test as 2 cellphones cannot browse the internet at all and the play store will not start a download they stick at "downloading". This is the most annoying and confusing thing ever
