Very important this.Surely you can get them to come over and do a site inspection for a final quote? Don't buy the kit only to be told about the extra costs after, if they show some hesitancy dump them.
Also @Quintrix you need to satisfy yourself that they are the company that you want to deal with not only for the purchase (happy times), but also times when things go wrong. This is not a short-term investment, somewhat longer than the average life of a car, and when something stops working, or maybe even bigger drama (blue smoke) you want to be happy that they will firstly be around, and secondly be willing to listen to your tale of woe, and offer support and assistance with warranty claims. Same with the installer, reputation is everything, and installers are only as good as their last 3-4 installs. Will they be available to take telephonic queries after being paid? Will they come out to assist if / when things go wrong? How good were their previous installations? Do they have at least one contactable and verifiable client installation that is over one year old?
