Yep, you've actually won it, even though you didn't enter, there are no such competitions, the SWC is over, the UK doesn't know who you are, has a local number for some reason, they smsed you instead of calling, and "Congratulation" needs an "S"

Is that the same Queen Elizabeth II lottery I won a few times? The palace must have been economizing because the notification was from a yahoo address.

Why ppl continue to post what has already been confirmed without adding any extra value at all is a mystery to me

On a serious note, if you actually have to contemplate whether it's a scam or not, you probably get scammed all the time.

A lady at my office got the same sms, only LG instead of SWC. Pretty clever because she has a LG phone or contract. She called the number and the dude confirmed the win, all she had to do is buy R200 airtime and sms him the voucher number, after which she will get a notification sms from StandardBank the next morning confirming the deposit of R250 000 in her account. She actually got the confirmation sms, but obviously no money. And she lost the R180 airtime that she gave to them. Cant believe people fall for this. You just have to google the first few words of the win sms, and you'll get lots of people getting scammed by the same.
