Is this a Telkom error?

For months now, I have been battling with my ADSL connection. I keep on getting erros such as "Your DSL connection is down. Verify that your TG589vn v3 is correctly connected to your phone line. If the problem persists, check your documentation" and "Concentrator not reachable". Is this a Telkom problem or is there something else I can try?

OP we need more information to be able to tell you, has your ADSL ever worked? Have you verified that Telkom has enabled your telephone line for ADSL usage? That error I know appears when the line has not be activated for adsl usage. If your ISP manages your line phone them and ask them to log a fault with Telkom, if your line is with telkom I would suggest using the app as it is a lot easier than phoning telkom
