Is this congestion?

Hi guys, I've been experiencing really bad download speeds lately, and my downloads sometimes just times out randomly. Speed test results say ping is fine. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it? Speed test results: http://www.speedtest.net/result/2574253184.png

The ping seems high for <50 miles.

Rather use tracert command to a local or international site and someone could maybe give feedback.

What is your line speed?

On a 2Mbps uncapped account, and the line is also 2Mbps.

Your second hop should be around 10-20ms so is a little high. Have seen some as high as 1300ms. So you still good

Yeah, I'm not too worried about the pings, mostly the download speed! Getting around 0.7Mbps on average!
