Is this fixable? Blown chip on GPU

Hi guys

My son's pc wouldn't post today. Having a look on the card and seeing this on the back. Is it fixable? Its a RX580

There is damage to the PCB, and likely to the traces, you could probably bridge the traces with soldering wires. from what i can gather it is a pcb power relay switch.Could likely be fixed, finding someone able to do it is entirely another story.
 
It's difficult to see exactly how bad the damage is. Use an old toothbrush and some acetone to clean that component. That will at least show whether the damage is only the component, or if it goes deeper.

Also, the larger issue may be what caused this component to go. There might be a larger, underlying issue.
 
There's a guy on carbonite who does GPU repairs. I'll try remember the name.

EDIT: ScorpioMan and Souljazk might be able to help - on carb.
