Is this gaming PC build any good?

So I have sold the ps4 and looking to build my first gaming pc. Budget is +-R8500.

So far I have come up with this and was wondering if it will be any good for most games on high-ultra.

Motherboard: Intel H81m-p33 (http://www.takealot.com/msi-intel-h81m-p33-h81-chipset-motherboard-socket-1150/PLID28620999#reviews)

CPU: intel i5 4690

GPU: GIGABYTE Radeon R9 280X OC (can get from a friend for R2600)

HDD: 1TB WD

Case + PSU: This one for R800, looks good for the price (http://www.bidorbuy.co.za/item/1628...MING_CASE_THERMALTAKE_LITEPOWER_600W_PSU.html)

RAM: 8gb 1600mhz Adata

Is the GPU 3Gig?
 
You could get away with an i5 4430 and not notice any performance difference in gaming, then use that saving towards a hybrid drive.
 
As far as I know that PSU is quite poorly rated, but for R800 if they're in good condition it would be a good deal, and it's the 600W so it would be on par with a better quality 450W-500W (so good enough for that setup).

The 9280X is a good card and should be able to handle any current games on Ultra

Which Adata RAM is it and how much is it? Make sure it's the correct voltage for Haswell (1.35V recommended but pricey, 1.5V won't cause problems, 1.65V can cause issues because it needs to overvolt/overclock the memory controller automatically). Wootware has good prices on g.Skill ram usually if you're looking for another option

How much are you paying for the i5? Wootware has it for just under R3000

Edit: nevermind about 1.35V price, the g.Skill sticks are +- the same price thanks to specials.
