Has anyone else signed up with Initiative Q? The people behind it appear legit - ex-PayPal and reputable university professors, yet it seems a little MLMy. I signed up just to take a look and because it is free. And yes, in the hope of potentially being rewarded as an early adopter. It is billed as a potential payment gateway that reduces fraud and will be a whole lot cheaper than the banks. So another PayPal then? The business model currently appears to build a substantial number of members by rewarding early adopters from future earnings. That is where it gets a little multi-level marketing-like. Joining is free but only possible with invites, as PayPal used to be when it launched.
