Is this Network problem or Neoflex modem problem :Signal drops suddenly.

Have any of you got this type of problem ...
While downloading or browsing , the Signal led and the Connect led turn off simultaneously.
To solve this I have to turn it off and on and then connection will be fine.
Just asking whether it is network issue or modem issue.(It happened twice today)
Right now it's fine.
Location : Johannesburg

BTW I've had the modem for couple of months so it is not new , and I keep it on for many hours daily.
 
its a network problem with neotel - have had this since wednesday - worked ok friday and then died today at around 5 - since 5 connection has been non existant - called neotel and they say that once again they having issues......:mad:
 
Yes it was network problem.At least it's not device!
