It is pretty bad. Here's my speedtest result: http://www.speedtest.net/result/1655952125.png

On a Web Africa uncapped account, while streaming music at 40KBps (so that's another .3Mbps). You should be getting around 400 - 420KBps on downloads, though. That's what counts.
