Is this normal on ADSL from Telkom(Please Help)

Hi to all

I am getting this result on my ADSL Router(Marconi). I would like to no if this is normal or not, I am getting low speeds and los of connection alot. Your help would be much appreciated.

unfortunately, this is the norm with telkom adsl

read all the other posts on this forum - not one telkom adsl user gets constant high speeds or can stay connected for more than a few hours at a time

This is not true and is definately not the norm.

Aye, I have nearly no connection problems aside from the forced 24 hour disconnect.
