Is this normal?

Ontop of my do2 account I use an axxesslite 5gb account. I find the service from axxess to be poor most of the time. When ever I contact them there is never a fault on their site their must be something wrong on my site DNS Servers, bad line, evil spirits and other highly technical reasons. Yet when I switch back to my do2 account it works no problem.

Can somebody please explain it to me.

Thats how all the companies operate. Blame somebody else. Telkom or Seacom etc. Even Escom. Rain. Its never their fault!

I do hope with the new consumer act coming in soon, that crap service like this will become something of the past.
