Is this pc good enough??

Heres the specs I know the gpu is oldish but can this pc handle games on max settings?

Specs:
Motherboard - Intel
4 Ddr3 Ram slots
6 Sata slots
1 Gpu slot
Cpu Socket 1155

Cpu- i5 3470 3.2GHZ, 6MB cache
Gpu- Zotac 9500gt 1gig 128bit
Ram - 2 x 1gig + 2 x 2gig (DDR3)
HDD - 1 x 80 gig + 1 x 250 gig
PSU Coolermaster 550watt*
Casing - Coolermaster

Not max settings though but that depends on the game and settings.

I would buy that PC and 196 bit GPU at it.

Decent for what? Definitely not for gaming

CPU is decent, however I would recommend getting a better Graphics Card, and maybe getting 2x4gb Ram Sticks. 2x1gb and 2x2gb tend to give a couple issues in my previous experience.

Only decent part is CPU. Motherboard is also probably low end by the looks of the other components.
