Hi all,

Please bear with me, for this may be a stupid question...

I have a PC and a Samsung Galaxy S2, connected with a USB cable.

Is it possible to load a data bundle onto my Prepaid phone SIM and then connect my PC to the 'net through my phone, using the data bundle?

If so, how?

Many thanks.

Why not just use the tether feature and connect the laptop wireless to the phone? But I think it is possible, might be only in 4+ though

Bluetooth Tethering works, quite well, slower than Wifi though.

Wifi Teathering is the best and easiest IMHO but if you dont have wifi, you can fiddle around with the ESB connection, you can most likely do ti without any fancy apps, but with apps it might just be easyer...

I used to do this a lot with my s2 it wasn't on the stock rom though. It ran cyanogenmod from about the 3rd day I had it. The wireless hotspot used to kill the battery so I always preferred using usb tethering (this was an option in the menus)
